Researcher at the Center for Science, Technology and Law, Zhejiang University
Dr. Liang Guo is a Researcher at the Center for Science, Technology and Law, Zhejiang University. Recognized as a 2024 CNKI Highly Cited Scholar (Top 5%), he has published 21 articles in CSSCI-indexed journals, which have received extensive academic citations. He also serves in editorial roles for several academic journals, including positions as Editor-in-Chief and Young Editorial Board Member.
He is a renowned think tank scholar and has had a significant impact on public policy. His research has been supported by multiple provincial and ministerial-level projects, including studies on AI social governance and AI ethics guidelines. His research and academic perspectives have also been widely disseminated through leading Chinese media and academic platforms. In recognition of his scholarly contributions, he received the Youth Award of the Zhejiang Provincial Philosophy and Social Sciences Outstanding Achievement Award in 2023.
His research interests focus on AI ethics and governance, AI for Science (AI4S), the theory and practice of scientific legislation. His interdisciplinary work explores the intersection of emerging technologies, law, ethics, governance, and scientific innovation.
